All our products are available in pre-configured systems tailored for the most usual circumstances, however all parts can be supplied separately and configured to your specific need, and handbooks are available. Please contact us if you cannot identify a suitable system.

VAT is not included in these prices but most of our clients are exempt if the alarms are for their personal use due to some disability. To claim exemption please complete our Exemption Form (there is one on available for charities or domestic purchasers) or select the appropriate condition on our online payment service. Postage is typically £5-£12 in the UK depending on system size.

All our systems are covered by our buy-back policy which gives you a free trial period to assess that the technology is suitable for your needs. For this reason we do not sell on-line but can take payments on-line once we have confirmed the suitability of our products for your condition.

Alert-it Care Alarms are social aids designed and manufactured in accordance with 93/42/EEC as Class 1 Medical Devices. They are intended to improve the vigilance of carers to distressing side-effects of various diseases, such as Epilepsy and Dementia. They do not monitor vital physiological processes and should not be expected to diagnose any disease or predict the onset of any symptoms. The units have been designed with the utmost concern for safety, integrity and rapid detection. While no system can be infallible, the use of "Alert-it" will greatly reduce the risk of undetected distress and reduce the anxiety for both users and carers. Manufactured in UK by ITS Designs Ltd.
